This is pretty much how I’d describe myself at the moment. I work out 5-6 times a week at Choi Kwang Do as well as walking or cycling many miles during the weekends, this now allows me to use this title. For example i’ve been cycling to and from work during the week whilst getting some longer rides in at the week. This week i’m walking 26 miles across the Surrey North downs in aid of Macmillan. Thats on top of the Choi classes (4 hours worth so far in two days).

Anyway, i’m digressing. I should probably put this in to context. I get married next May and like all brides I want to be fit and healthy for the big day and getting into ‘that’ dress is an incentive to get any women going. The image above is a progress report of how i’m doing. I’m not losing much weight (although thats another aim) but i’m most definitely feeling more healthy and a hell of a lot fitter.

So my question to you all (either married, engaged or single) is what would you do to get yourself ‘Fighting Fit’ for your big day? Men, this applies to you too.
